Introduction to YR-CNC measurement software:

(1) Complete types of measurement elements:Directly measure 12 elements (point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, rectangle, groove, O-ring, distance, angle, open cloud line, closed cloud line). (27) Scanning function:Multiple areas can be scanned to scan the points on the edge of the workpiece. This scan involves scanning all the points on the edge within the image window to form point data, and saving the scanned points as a DXF file. The figure below shows the image obtained by scanning the entire edge of the workpiece. Click the middle mouse button to move to the current location.

(28) A second camera can be installed for workpiece positioning:The software supports a second camera, which can capture a larger image range and be used for workpiece positioning. (30) Measure multiple identical workpieces at once (array measurement):Providing multiple identical workpieces placed on the workpiece table allows for one-time measurement of all workpieces, which is known as array measurement. The software provides rectangular array and circular array functions. A rectangular array refers to the regular placement of workpieces in both horizontal and vertical directions. A circular array refers to a workpiece rotating around a certain point in a circular state. And automatically export the measurement data to reports and SPC software

(33) Online SPC function:Provide independent and professional SPC software for subsequent processing of measurement data. The measurement software seamlessly connects with SPC software, and after the measurement is completed, the data is automatically imported into the SPC database without the need for manual input. All control boundary settings are completed in the measurement software, and SPC software does not require further settings, greatly improving efficiency. SPC provides process and analytical control charts. The provided control charts include: mean full range control chart, mean standard deviation control chart, median full range control chart, individual value and moving average control chart, histogram, cpk transition chart, specification standard deviation control chart, process standard deviation control chart, standard deviation comparison chart, process suggestion analysis chart, etc. The generated graphics can be judged using eight judgment rules.

(34) Laser probes can be installed:Laser probes can be installed for laser measurement, and the laser probe can be co located with the imaging probe. And mixed programming can be performed.
